Our Space Fact Book

In literacy this week we have been busy thinking about space facts and have worked hard to create our own book of space facts for anyone who wants to explore the solar system. We did this by looking at lots of different places where we could find out facts about space and reading and recording the facts we liked the most.

After this we thought about how we could make our facts sound more interesting to readers by using interesting sentence openers. Once we had done this we got down to writing all of our facts and organising them into a book. To do this we made our own cover, introduction and contents page, so that any space explorer could find the information they needed as quickly as possible.

We hope this can help anyone who is thinking of going into space find the planets they are looking for and know a little about them before they land.

For any space explorers out there, here is a copy of the book for you to have a look at. We hope it is useful and, if you have time and are near planet Earth please tell us what you thought of it.

Be patient for it to load though. Remember, we are beaming this into outer space!
