What a great time we had at Chapel Woods on Wednesday, the weather was not too hot, not too cold, just right!  We started off our adventure by visiting 'Grandma's Cottage' for a Little Red Riding hood storytelling, with a little help from Chris, Lillia, Matthew and Lillie.  We then headed into the woods, keeping one eye out for those dreaded wolves, but we were in luck.  The wolves had gone, leaving us lots of wolf dens to play in and build.  After I showed the children their boundaries we had a little explore before coming together to make a living story map, some of us built Lilltle Red's house, some of us built a fantastic stone road that wound through the woods all the way to Granny's cottage and the rest of us built the deep dark woods complete with clay wolves, birds, caterpillars and squirrels!
