Last week the School's staff worked together to present the different approaches to questioning and investigation within Science. This is an area of teaching that everyone in the school feels passionate about and where the children are able to build so many investigative and observational skills.

While we are always thinking about how to teach in the best ways possible, the last term, all members of staff focused on the ways in which they, and the children, investigate the world around them as part of their Science learning. This was part of an in school project, where we wanted to share our approaches between us in order to provide the best experiential learning opportunities for the children. It was a great day for the staff to learn from one another and to really think about how we are able to use children's natural curiousity and questioning approach to life and harness this with exciting learning opportunities to help develop the scientists of the future.
